By ordering IELTS Fix feedback, you agree to these terms.

Educational service

Feedback and band score estimates are educational guidance. They are not official IELTS results, and IELTS Fix cannot guarantee a particular examination score.

Submissions

You must have the right to submit the content you provide. You remain responsible for your work and for how you use the feedback.

Delivery and payment

Current prices, trial eligibility and expected delivery times are shown before ordering. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, contact support so the order can be corrected, rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or use feedback to misrepresent authorship in assessed work.
